With personalized workshops and programs developed for your specific needs, I can help your organization learn the tools to increase mindfulness and ease. From 2 hours to 2 months, I’ll design training that attends to the personalized agenda of your group.

Designed to support health professionals, businesses and schools to reduce stress and boost productivity, each of my programs may include a variety of components: Coaching, on-site Chair Massage, yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, meditation, breathing techniques, mindfulness and other health-based practices.
